Niora is a credit-based AI platform that provides:

• AI image generation

• AI mockup generation

• Model swap and visual automation tools

All services are delivered digitally and instantly.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login

• All activity performed under your account

• Any misuse caused through your account

3. Credit System

• All purchases on Niora are credit-based

• Credits are consumed on every generation

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

• Unused credits do not expire unless specified

4. Prohibited Usage

You may not use Niora to generate:

• Illegal, explicit, or harmful content

• Content violating copyright or IP rights

• Deepfake misuse, harassment, or misinformation

Violation may result in permanent account termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime for upgrades or maintenance may occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI, AI pipelines, branding, and workflows belong exclusively to Niora. You only receive limited usage rights for generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Niora is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue impact

• Marketing performance

• AI output accuracy

8.AI Output & user responsibility

• Niora is a technology service provider only and does not create, control, or verify user-generated content.

• All images, prompts, and inputs uploaded by users remain the sole responsibility of the user.

• Niora does not own user-uploaded images.

• Users are 100% legally responsible for how generated content is used.

• Niora shall not be liable for copyright infringement, defamation, misuse, or illegal use of generated content.

• Users confirm they have full legal rights to all images they upload.

9. Governing Law

All disputes are governed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
